Captains for Offshore Wind Survey Vessel
Offshore Wind is the newest, fastest, and most excision marine industry on the eastern seaboard.
You MUST be able to hold the vessel on a survey line and complete efficient Williamson Turns, aka Bell-Turns.
It is very easy for some and difficult for others. This position has the primary responsibility for the safety of vessel employees, the vessel, cargo, and the environment. This position is for inshore and offshore survey vessels engaged in the Offshore Wind industry between North Carolina and Martha's Vineyard, MA.
Must be moderately computer-literate and possess basic administrative skills for vessel / company / client paperwork.
This role is on a rotation schedule. 14/14 or 28/14 some vessels are 28/28.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Merchant Mariner Credential
- Valid USCG Medical Certificate
- STCW
- TWIC (preferred)
